The SAPS-SCOE (Special Check Out Equipment) is a part of an EGSE (Electrical Ground Support Equipment), dedicated to ground electrical testing of a satellite during assembly, integration, validation and pre-launch operations. The SAPS-SCOE simulates satellite solar array behaviour during the different orbital phases, in all space lighting conditions (sunlight or eclipse).
