WORK Microwave’s Virtual Ground Station solution is a state-of-the-art ground station architecture based on digitalized RF signals over IP in accordance with the DIFI standard and wide-band signal processing on a cloud platform by a virtualized software modem. VGS brings high flexibility, scalability, switchability, and efficiency to operations.

The Digital Optical Ground Station suite of products is designed to overcome bandwidth limits and RF spectrum regulatory challenges with free space optical communication using CCSDS and SDA standards. WORK Microwave offers a turnkey solution from telescope to modem with full integration services for optical ground stations.

WORK Microwave AX-60-S02190 CCSDS TM/TC ground station modem and IQ spacecom’s XLink space segment transceiver are one of the world’s first end-to-end CubeSat solution. Operators can reliably perform telecommand and telemetry transmission tasks and other mission communication, for both the ground and space segments.
Virtual Ground Station solution VGS

WORK Microwave’s Virtual Ground Station VGS solution is based on digitalized RF signals over IP and signal processing on a cloud platform by a virtualized software modem. VGS brings high flexibility, scalability, switchability, and efficiency to operations.

VGS includes:
• V-Series software modems for processing and connection
• Digitizer/SDR modules with multi-GHz bandwidths
• DBUC/DBDC Digital Block Up-/Down-converter with IP-based input from V-Series software modem

From space, an XLink Transceiver connects seamlessly with the AX-60 modem. Both platforms connect to IP networks with easy-to-use, straightforward connectivity. The solutions features space communication waveforms according to CCSDS standards.
